Life happens, right? I get it. I get sick and forget things too. However, as a courtesy, I confirm appointments 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This gives you the opportunity to reschedule if you find there's a ​conflict and also gives me the opportunity to fill that valuable time slot. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment time, there is a rebooking fee equal to 25% of the canceled service.  

A missed appointment will result in a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the total of the services booked.  An invoice will be issued the day of the missed appointment and booking restrictions will be applied until the invoice is paid.

Conversely, if I ever have to cancel your appointment due to illness, I will do everything possible to see you within 7 days of your original appointment.

I want you to love your hair! If for some reason, you don't I will gladly make adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment.

My business hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. I will happily return inquiries and emails during those hours.

I love kids, I have 4! That being said, a salon can be a boring and dangerous place for a child. Since I do not offer services for children, I ask that you make alternate arrangements for them so you can enjoy your salon experience.
