Salon Policies  & Courtesies...

  • Life happens, right? I get it. I get sick and forget things too. However, as a courtesy, I confirm appointments 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This gives you the opportunity to reschedule if you find there's a ​conflict and also gives me the opportunity to fill that valuable time slot. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment time, there is a $25 per service rebooking fee.  

  • A missed appointment will result in a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the total of the services booked.  An invoice will be issued the day of the missed appointment and booking restrictions will be applied until the invoice is paid.

  • Conversely, if I ever have to cancel your appointment due to illness, I will do everything possible to see you within 7 days of your original appointment.

  • I want you to love your hair! If for some reason, you don't I will gladly make adjustments within 7 days of your original appointment.

  • My business hours are Tuesday-Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm. I will happily return phone calls, emails and text messages during those hours.

  • I love kids, I have 4! That being said, a salon can be a boring and dangerous place for a child. I ask that unless your child is getting a service that you not bring them with you.
