Meeting a new hairstylist should be exciting not intimidating. Maybe you're new to the area or maybe you've had a negative experience with a different stylist. Either way, I'm here to make you feel comfortable. This welcome packet should ease most of your pre visit nerves!
Your arrival...
When you arrive at Total Salon Studios, use your Vagaro app to check in and let me know you've arrived. I will send you a text to let you know that I am ready for you. This ensures that I am done with the guest before you and have finished cleaning my space in preparation for your visit. If you have not downloaded the Vagaro app, an email and/or push notification will come to you when I am ready.
Once you enter the main door of the building, you will take your first immediate right. My studio is #102, on the right side of the corridor. If the main parking lot is full, there is additional parking and an entry door on the back side of the building.

Lets get started...
Once you arrive and get settled, we'll start getting to know each other. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions! I want to know all your hair history. I want to know what you like as well as what you don't like. It's time to get really honest about what you're willing to commit to in salon and at home maintenance. If you only want to come 3 times a year, tell me so I can customize a plan for you I'd love for you to have inspiration photos with you as well as photos of yourself at a time when you really loved your hair, even if that was in middle school!
The experience...
Now, its time to sit back and enjoy! I can be your barista and brew you an amazing cup of coffee topped with freshly frothed milk from my Nespresso brewer or offer you a variety drinks including both still and sparkling water, sodas, wine, spiked seltzers, prosecco and even Mimosas. Pair any of those with a mini charcuterie or sweet treat. The best is, there are no kids or husbands around to have to share with!
The shampoo is the best part, right? Well, this is where the real relaxation begins. You'll lie back in the shampoo chair warmed by a crystal infused, heated pad. Then I'll cover you with a blanket fresh from the blanket warmer and wrap your hands with a luxury keratin masque. A lavender eye mask is available to elevate your experience. Your extended shampoo and scalp massage will be finished up with a hot towel wrap to optimize your moisturizing/strengthening treatment and ensuring maximum relaxation.
Time to wrap it up...
Now that your hair is bombshell beautiful and you feel fully pampered, it's time to conclude our time together. I will suggest a maintenance services schedule based on our consultation as well as take home hair care. If you like, you can book your next visit before you leave or book online at your convenience.. Retainer fees are not required for return visits. My schedule is open 60 days out and I take my last client at 3:00 pm.
